What happens to your information when you visit this website or send us a message.

This website, littleduck.com.au, is run by Little Duck Interactive Pty Ltd (ABN 98 703 167 739) in Brisbane, Australia. In this policy, "we" means Little Duck.
Each of our products has its own privacy policy, which covers what that product does. This one covers only the website. For example, here is the privacy policy for Even Split.
Visiting the website
The website has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking cookies. It doesn't set cookies at all.
Like every website, the servers that deliver the pages see technical details of each request, such as your IP address, your browser type and the page you asked for. We use these only to keep the site running and secure, and we don't use them to work out who you are.
Sending us a message
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, the topic you chose and your message. We use them to reply to you and to deal with what you asked about, and for nothing else. We don't add you to a mailing list.
We keep your message in our email for as long as we need it to deal with your request and keep a record of it. If you'd like us to delete it, ask us at the address below.
Checking you're not a bot
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated spam. While you're on the form, Turnstile looks at information about your browser and device, such as your IP address and browser settings. Usually you won't see anything; sometimes it asks you to tick a box. Cloudflare uses this information to run the check and to improve it, under its Turnstile privacy policy. It isn't used for advertising.
Who helps us
We use a small number of services from other companies to run the website. Each one gets only what it needs to do its job.
- Amazon Web Services hosts the website, runs the contact form and sends us your message.
- Cloudflare runs the bot check on the contact form and our domain name.
- Our email provider receives and stores the messages you send us.
Some of these services handle information outside Australia, including in the United States and Europe.
We don't sell your information
We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the services above, or where the law requires it. Where we stand explains why.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your information
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at the address below and we'll reply within 30 days.
Questions and complaints
Email privacy@littleduck.com.au. If you're not happy with how we handle a privacy complaint, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date at the top.
